Hi! It's "george" again (aka Carlos Quiles). In my spare time, I'm sadly titulated by any online conflict I can find (or secretly create on other blogs and websites using disposable and anonymous puppet accounts with cutesy names like "george") so that I can feel good about my dead-end website and life. Hahaha!

I, george/Carlos, feel good to not concentrate on myself. Instead I prefer to passive-aggressively harass others, dropping their name over and over and over in a pointlessly negative light, even years later, because that makes me a winner. I may never accomplish anything noteworthy in life, but at least I have my disturbed spite to keep me warm. Maybe if I pester people enough, they'll speak about me and I'll be famous. I'm still hoping!

Hilarious! I'd been reading some of the comments on (the excellent) John Wells's Phonetic blog and this guy kept popping up and being nuttily rude.

Wells got fed up and banned him in the end. I was curious about his general madness so googled and landed here.

Good to know I wasn't alone in wondering if he was the unpleasant brother of Sheldon from Big Bang Theory.

The rhetorical smeer campaign against me in this article speaks for itself. When you're capable of talking on the subject of linguistics instead of wishywashy personal politics and hearsay, let me know, kids.
